Shopping Process

ONE

Choose your favorite product and place your order on the website.

Please fill in the phone number and recipient’s name and address when placing your order.

If you choose SF Express mailing, the address can be filled in the SF Express Smart Cabinet

Full payment is required after placing the order, and a staff member will contact you

TWO

After receiving the payment, we will go to a specialty store or department store to purchase

After successful purchase, photos or videos will be taken for customer confirmation and then sent out as soon as possible.

(Jellycat products will be shipped directly and will not be photographed separately)

If there is a shortage/ordering time is required, the customer will be notified immediately.

THREE

Shipping is usually sent by DHL/Royal Mail. It will take approximately 5-14 days to arrive in Hong Kong after the order is placed.

After the goods are shipped, customers will receive a tracking number and can check the location of the goods.

In case of customs random inspection/other emergencies, the delivery time will be delayed.

FOUR

After the goods arrive in Hong Kong, the staff will contact the customer to arrange a time and place for delivery.

If you choose SF Express, the product will be sent within 3 days after arriving in Hong Kong.

FIVE

Customers will receive all store packaging upon delivery

Includes paper bag/carton/dust bag/card (if any)

The receipt will be a photocopied receipt (personal data deleted)

Or gift receipt (Gift Receipt)
