Shopping Process

1. Alone

  • Select the product you like on the website and place an order.

  • Please accurately fill in the personal information (name, address, phone number) used when registering with London Kelly.

  • If you choose SF Express for delivery, you can fill in the address of SF Express smart locker.

2. Product purchase and confirmation

  • After payment is confirmed, we will purchase directly at the official store or department store.

  • After the purchase is completed, product photos or videos will be provided for your confirmation.

    • However, Jellycat products will be shipped directly and no additional photos will be taken.

    • Other products may sometimes not be shipped directly.

  • If the product is out of stock or needs to be customized, we will notify you separately.

3. Delivery Information

  • Items will be shipped via DHL or Royal Mail.

  • Express delivery takes 3 to 5 days, while standard delivery takes 5 to 14 days. (Except Saturday and Sunday)

  • On average, you can receive the goods within 5 to 10 days.

  • A tracking number will be provided when the item is shipped so you can check the delivery status.

  • If there are customs inspections or cargo processing delays, we will notify you separately.

4. Pick up the goods:

  • When the product arrives in Hong Kong, you will receive a pickup email. Please pick up at the store during business hours.

  • Tuesday: 16:00 - 19:00

  • Thursday: 16:00 - 19:00

SF Express Delivery:

  • The goods will be shipped within 3 days after arriving in Hong Kong.

5. Packaging and Receipt

  • This will include a copy of your receipt (with personal information removed), gift receipt, shopping bag, box, dust bag, card, etc.

  • Package contents vary by brand, and shopping bags may be replaced with department store bags.
