Q: How long will it take for the goods to arrive after placing the order?
A: It will arrive in Hong Kong in about 5-14 days after placing the order (usually it will arrive in 5-10 days). If you need an urgent order, we provide door-to-door service, which can be directly mailed to your door in Hong Kong by DHL in the UK within 2-4 days. Note: If there is a customs inspection, there may be delays. This service charges HK$300-$600 or more, depending on the size of the shipment. You can inquire if necessary.
Q: Will there be a full set of specialty stores?
A: When purchasing, there will be a Full Set in specialty stores/official websites/department stores, including paper boxes/paper bags/dust bags. Note: The packaging of each specialty store will be different.
Q: What about receipts?
A: A photocopied receipt (with personal information deleted) or the original Gift Receipt will be provided.
Q: Genuine product?
A: We will only purchase genuine products, and all products will be purchased from British specialty stores/official websites/department stores. Global care? Big brands such as Chanel, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton can provide after-sales services at any branch around the world. However, availability may vary depending on the scope of after-sales service. The global maintenance policies of other brands also change regularly. Therefore, when you need after-sales service, you need to check with the Hong Kong store. Photocopying receipts or gift slips will not affect maintenance services.
Q: Do I need to pay a full deposit after placing the order?
A: Orders require a 100% deposit, and then we will start purchasing. If you purchase over HK$30,000, you can choose to pay a 50% deposit first and pay the remainder when you pick up the goods at the store.
Q: Didn’t receive any information after placing the order?
A: We will help you purchase the product as soon as possible after placing the order. Please reserve 3-5 days for the purchase time. You will receive an email after successful purchase.
Q: The order shows that it has been delivered, but the goods have not been received?
A: The first tracking of the order will be sent to our Hong Kong company, and it will be sent by SF Express within 3 days after arrival. You will receive the second SF Tracking.
Q: If the product is out of stock, will it be returned in full?
A: If a product is out of stock, we will notify you within about one week and 100% of the product will be returned. Can I change the style or cancel the order? After placing an order on the website, you can change the style or cancel the order before purchasing through our store staff. However, after product purchase, refunds for personal reasons will not be accepted. All goods cannot be returned or exchanged after they are shipped out.
Q: If there is any problem with the product received?
A: If there are obvious problems after receiving the product (excluding human damage), please contact us within 24 hours to deal with it. Overdue orders will not be accepted. Note: Most materials have unique natural characteristics that will not be considered defects even in stores (e.g. leather texture, slight color differences, compression, scratches, adhesive marks). It is recommended that friends who have high requirements for perfection go to specialized stores to purchase.
Q: If the style is not available on the website, can I purchase it on my behalf?
A: Yes, you can contact us via Email or Whatsapp for enquiries. Product photos or model numbers are required. Regarding the sizes of shoes/belts/jewelry, each brand and style design is different. Please go to the official website to check the size chart before ordering. It’s best to go to a specialty store to try on shoes.

Q: Does the website price include shipping fee?
A: The price on the website includes postage from the UK to Hong Kong. If the purchase exceeds HK$345, local SF Express postage in Hong Kong will be waived; otherwise, SF Express fee of HK$30 will be charged. Orders from the Mainland and Macau need to pay SF Express fees. Free shipping will be provided for orders over HK$5,000 from other countries; otherwise, shipping fee of HK$250 will be charged.
