Awesome service. I had been searching for this bag in tan in the US and couldn’t find it new. Discovered London Kelly and had my bag within 1 week. I had concerns ordering from overseas but all my questions were answered quickly and I felt confident ordering. Loved that they sent pictures of the bag during the process. Will definitely buy from London Kelly again!
Love this tote bag, probably should’ve bought more colours, customer service, presentation, delivery & communication from LK was the best.
The delivery was within a week, item nicely packed with original packaging. Lovely!
