Purchasing Instructions

100% genuine goods purchasing

LONDONKELLY only sells 100% genuine products. All products are purchased from UK/European specialty stores, department stores, the brand's official website or offline specialty stores. If the customer has any doubts about the authenticity, we can provide free inspection service for the property in Tsim Sha Tsui, but the inspection fee needs to be paid by the customer.

We guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic. If you find any fake products, we will refund you 200%.

Quality Verification

During the purchasing process, each product will be checked to make sure there are no problems when purchased. In order to avoid unnecessary disputes with customers, we will take photos or videos of the products before shipping as a record. Guests will also receive relevant photos at the same time.

Packaging and Receipt

All store packaging, including paper bags, paper boxes, dust bags and product cards (if any), will be delivered in full. The receipt will be a photocopy receipt (with personal information deleted) or a gift receipt. Note: Different specialty stores or department stores may have different packaging and receipts.

** Photocopying receipts or gift slips will not affect the global warranty.

Shipping and Delivery

Hong Kong Orders

Goods shipped from the UK or Europe to Hong Kong will be delivered by companies such as DHL/Fedex/Royal Mail. For Hong Kong, parcels are sent by SF Express or Hong Kong Post.

Product prices include UK delivery costs. If the purchase is over HKD$345.00, Hong Kong SF Express will provide free shipping. Otherwise, you need to pay HKD$30.00 for SF Express shipping, or you can choose to pick up the goods at the market.

The product will arrive in Hong Kong approximately 7-10 days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). If the product is out of stock or it takes time to order, we will notify you separately. After arriving at Hong Kong, it will be sent out by SF Express within 3 days. The SF Express address can be filled in as residential address/SF Express receiving station/smart cabinet.

After the product is shipped, the customer will receive two tracking numbers. The first one is usually DHL Tracking (from the UK to Hong Kong), and the second one is SF Tracking (from Hong Kong company to the designated address). Please note that the email may be sent to spam folder.

** If there is any problem with customs inspection or the shipping company, the delivery time will be delayed and our colleagues will notify you separately.

** If you need express delivery, you can choose DHL UK direct mail, which will arrive in Hong Kong in about 3-4 days. It will cost extra. You can check directly through WhatsApp .

Mainland/Macau Orders

When the goods arrive in Hong Kong, they will be mailed to the designated address via SF Express cash on delivery. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs and taxes in their country.

Alternatively, you can choose DHL UK direct mail or EMS with tracking number for delivery. Please contact us via Whatsapp for shipping cost .

Taiwan/Overseas Orders

Orders will be shipped by DHL UK direct mail or EMS Shipped with tracking number. Orders of HKD$5000 or less will be charged HKD$250 for shipping, and free shipping for orders over HKD$5000. Guests are required to pay taxes in their country.

After-sales service and global maintenance

LondonKelly provides purchasing service on behalf of others. We have no direct contact with local manufacturers and therefore cannot provide after-sales service for the products you receive. Big brands such as Chanel, Hermes and Louis Vuitton can provide after-sales service in any store around the world. However, availability may vary depending on the scope of after-sales service, and the global warranty policies of other brands will change regularly, so when you need after-sales service, you need to check with the Hong Kong specialty store again.

Photocopying receipts or gift slips will not affect warranty services.

Payment Methods

Payment methods include FPS, bank transfer, Payme, credit card or Paypal. Credit card payment will incur a 3% and Paypal 3.9% service charge, which is non-refundable.

Product Price

The product price includes all fees, credit card fees, postage (from the UK to Hong Kong) and delivery in Hong Kong.

Order products

All products sold by LondonKelly are ordered and purchased in the brand's boutiques and department stores in the UK and European countries, official website, selected online/offline stores and brand outlets (in the case of direct sales products).
Depending on local store availability, items may be sold out, delayed, or subject to a waiting period, which may result in order cancellation.

After ordering, product prices may change due to sudden fluctuations in exchange rates and price increases in local European stores. Because there are too many products, sometimes we don’t have time to modify the price. If this happens, we will notify the customer and the customer has the right to cancel the order and refund. There is absolutely no deception.

**All major brands of products can be purchased on our behalf. If the products are not available on our website, you can contact us by whatsapp/email to inquire about the price and purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

If the order is not successful due to out of stock or sold out, we will notify you as soon as possible and return the full amount. After placing an order on the website, you can change the style or cancel the order before our store staff purchases it. After purchasing the product, no refund will be accepted due to personal reasons. All goods shipped out are not returnable or exchangeable. If there are obvious problems with the goods after receiving them (excluding man-made damage), please contact us within 24 hours. Late requests will not be accepted.
