Great service
This is my first time purchasing from a personal shopper, and having reached out from a few, Kelly has been the most responsive and a very nice person to communicate with. Originally, I was eyeing the LOEWE Medium Flamenco Clutch which Kelly tried her best endeavour to source the colour that I wanted. The colour that I wanted wasn't readily available in stores, but she reached out and asked whether there were other colours that I would consider. I didn't have a fate with the Medium Flamenco Clutch and changed my mind last minute to the Mini size before the price increase and Kelly kept her high spirits in helping me fulfil my order.
