Free shipping (SF Express) for orders over HKD 345; a HKD 30 fee applies below that.
Standard delivery: 5–14 days to Hong Kong, averaging 5–10 days (excluding weekends).
Express delivery (DHL direct): 3–5 days, additional fee HKD 300–600.
Shipped via SF Express within 3 days of arrival in Hong Kong, with both DHL and SF Express tracking numbers provided.

Mainland China / Macau

Delivered cash-on-delivery via SF Express; the customer bears shipping fees and local taxes.
DHL direct shipping from the UK or EMS is available — please enquire about shipping fees via WhatsApp.
Alternatively, collect from our Hong Kong store; we recommend applying at least 8 days in advance.

Taiwan / Europe / Overseas

DHL direct shipping from the UK or EMS (tracking number provided).
HKD 250 shipping fee for orders under HKD 5,000; free shipping for orders over HKD 5,000.
Local customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.

USA / Canada

DHL direct shipping from the UK.
HKD 600 shipping fee for orders under HKD 5,000; free shipping for orders over HKD 5,000.
