Buying Guide 100% authentic guarantee

  • LONDONKELLY only sells 100% authentic products. All products are purchased directly from UK and European specialty stores, department stores, brand official websites or offline specialty stores.

  • If the customer has any doubts about the authenticity of the product, they can be accompanied to Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong for professional identification services. The identification fees shall be borne by the customer.

  • We guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic and will provide a 200% full refund if any counterfeit is found.


Product Ordering

  • All products sold by LONDONKELLY are ordered and purchased from brand specialty stores, department stores, official websites, online/offline selection stores, and brand direct stores (if they are directly sold products) in the UK and European countries.

  • Depending on local store availability, products may be out of stock or shipped late, resulting in order cancellation.

  • After the order is confirmed, if the product price changes due to exchange rate fluctuations or price increases in local European stores, we will notify the customer and the customer can choose to cancel the order and apply for a refund. There will be no fraud.

  • We offer a purchasing service for a wide range of brands. For products not listed on our website, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will provide a quote and assist with purchasing.


Quality Verification

  • During the purchasing process, each product is strictly inspected to ensure that there are no problems when purchasing.

  • To avoid unnecessary disputes with customers, we will take photos or videos before delivery. Customers can view the relevant photos.


Packaging and Receipt

  • Branded packaging (box, shopping bag, dust bag, card) will be provided complete.

  • The receipt will be provided as a copy (with personal information removed) or as a gift receipt.
    (Depending on the store and seller, packaging contents may vary, and shopping bags may be replaced with department store bags.)

  • Copied or gift receipts do not affect the worldwide warranty.


Delivery to Hong Kong orders:

  • Delivery from the UK or Europe to Hong Kong is done via DHL, Royal Mail, etc. Delivery within Hong Kong is done via SF Express.

  • Product prices include UK delivery costs.

  • Free shipping via SF Express in Hong Kong for purchases over HKD 345.00. A HKD 30.00 shipping fee will apply for purchases below HKD 345.00. You can also choose to pick up the item yourself.

  • The product will be delivered to Hong Kong within 5-14 days after the order is confirmed (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

  • For express delivery, the product will be delivered directly from London to the customer's designated address, which takes approximately 3-5 days. The additional cost is HKD 300-600.

  • After the products arrive in Hong Kong, they will be shipped via SF Express within 3 days. Customers can choose home delivery, SF Express self-pickup point or smart locker.

  • After shipment, customers will receive two tracking numbers: the first is the DHL tracking number (UK to Hong Kong), and the second is the SF Express tracking number (Hong Kong to the designated address). Please check your emails as they may be classified as spam.

  • For faster delivery, you can choose DHL direct delivery from the UK, which takes about 3-5 days. Please contact us via WhatsApp for additional charges.
    ※ Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection or inventory situation. We will notify you separately.

Mainland China/Macau orders:

  • After the product arrives in Hong Kong, it will be delivered to the designated address via SF Express with cash on delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and local taxes.

  • Alternatively, you can choose DHL direct delivery to the UK or EMS (with tracking number). Please contact us via WhatsApp for shipping costs.
    *You can also choose to pick up your order at our Hong Kong store. We recommend you request 8 days in advance. For urgent orders, please use our express delivery service.

Taiwan/ European/Overseas Orders:

  • Orders will be shipped via DHL UK Direct or EMS (with tracking number).

  • Orders under HKD 5,000 will be charged a HKD 250 shipping fee, while orders over HKD 5,000 will enjoy free shipping. However, larger packages may incur additional shipping charges, which will be notified separately based on actual circumstances.

US and Canada Orders:

  • Orders will be shipped via DHL UK Direct.

  • Orders under HKD 5,000 will be charged a HKD 600 shipping fee, while orders over HKD 5,000 will enjoy free shipping. However, larger packages may incur additional shipping charges, which will be notified separately based on actual circumstances.

Product Price

  • The product price includes all fees (credit card fees, shipping costs from the UK to Hong Kong, and local pickup fees in Hong Kong).


After-sales and global warranty

  • LONDONKELLY provides purchasing service and has no direct contact with local manufacturers, so it cannot provide product after-sales service.

  • Major brands such as Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton and others offer after-sales service in any of their stores worldwide.

  • If you need after-sales service, please contact the official store of the Hong Kong brand directly.
    ※ Duplicate receipts or gift receipts do not affect warranty service.


Refunds and Exchanges

  • If we are unable to complete an order due to product out-of-stock, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.

  • After placing an order on the website, customers can change the product or cancel the order before the staff purchases the product.

  • After purchase, we will take photos or videos and send them to customers! (After confirming the product, if there is any problem, you can exchange it for another product)

  • After the product is purchased, no refunds can be made due to personal reasons.

  • All products cannot be refunded or exchanged after shipment.

  • After receiving the product, if there is any obvious problem (not caused by human damage), please contact us within 24 hours. We will not be able to process it after the deadline.

  • Note: Most natural material characteristics (leather grain, slight color variations, dents, scratches, glue marks, etc.) are not considered imperfections. Perfectionist customers are advised to purchase directly in-store.
